The Chip Search Story
Chip Search was founded by Michael 'Mike' Fujimoto, a veteran contract recruiter, who consulted to various semiconductor-related companies for nearly ten years. As a Contract Recruiter, Mike realized that there weren't enough hours in the day to identify, contact, and qualify every applicant/ candidate for a job. Chip Search was formed as to better serve the needs of our clients. Our staff's work skills are designed to leverage each individual's strengths as well as their time on various projects. The team approach allows us to service multiple clients at any given time and service their needs. Our goal for the future is simple: to grow this company by providing a quality service within the area of employment and significantly reduce the cost of hire to our clients. We hope that within the next several years, we'll be the out-source function of employment for many of the semiconductor-related companies in the world!

Michael 'Mike' Fujimoto mike@chipsearch.comMike is the founder and CEO of Chip Search, a Technical In-Placement Firm. His background includes nearly 15 years of technical employment/recruiting and over 20 years working experience in the high-technology industries. Mike has worked as an independent consultant for 10 years onsite in both large and small companies, this insight enabled him to develop effective employment strategies for various companies. His goal is to always improve his client's employment system and assist them in hiring the best! Mike has supported various semiconductor and semiconductor equipment companies such as Altera, Advanced Micro Devices, Advantest, Applied Materials, Auspex, Credence Systems Corp., FEI Microwave, Fujitsu Microelectronics Inc., Growth Networks, Intel, Integrated Measurement Systems, LSI Logic, Megatest, NanoNexus, Novtek Test Systems, Tensilica, TMT, and UltraRF.
