Hourly Projects
- Chip Search provides services for clients on an hourly fee. We usually provide on-site support personnel for these clients. This can range from members of our junior staff through our Senior Employment Professionals. Projects tend to range from 3 months and longer.
- Chip Search creates a Project Team for the client.
- Projects range in cost depending of experience of our personnel, duration of the project, and the type of positions being recruited for.
Retained Search
- Chip Search provides Retained Search Services for clients. Our charges vary depending on the type of positions being recruited for.
Contingency Searches
- Chip Search provides Contingency Search Services for clients. Our charges vary depending on the type of positions being recruited for.
On-Site Support
- Chip Search provides on-site support personnel for clients. This can range from members of our junior staff through our Senior Employment Professionals.
- Chip Search designates a focal point individual known as a Project Manager. The Project Manager drives the internal recruiting process and advises/consults the client on strategic and tactical issues. They may interview applicants/candidates and manage that relationship for the client.
- Chip Search may also provide Researchers or Recruiters and additonal Chip Search support staff who may reside on-site. This staff is under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
Off-Site Support
- Chip Search has databases of both Silicon Valley and United States high-technology professionals. The majority of this database are Engineers but it also includes people in the Finance, HR, IT, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and Support disciplines.
- Chip Search Recruiters work Monday through Thursday evenings contacting applicants/candidates. The can provide screening that can be done from basic salary all the way through a technical screening. We believe by personally contacting the applicant/candidate at home in the evening is the best way in reaching these individuals since they tend to work in cubicle environments and cannot talk openly in the day.
- Chip Search Recruiters have an outstanding knowledge of their client's needs and they work hand-in-hand with the Project Managers. Our team believes in open communications as a means to achieve their goals.
- Chip Search has a network of experience professionals and organizations to help us achieve our client's needs.
Internet Recruiting Resources
- Chip Search has its own database of over 15,000 managerial, technical and non-technical individuals.
- Chip Search owns accounts with several Internet Employment Sites.
- Chip Search can provide job postings and managing the open jobs on these sites including the Chip Search's site, and will screen all applicants for our clients.
- Chip Search can utilize "Recruiter Agents " and/or search tools within these sites to identify potential candidates for our clients.
- Chip Search Researchers have knowledge regarding candidate identification techniques on the Internet.
